Aisha Cooks received her Associate’s Degree in French Culinary Arts and was certified in French Pastries at The Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. For the past eight years, she has been self-employed by working in the catering field of French Culinary Arts and Pastries as the owner of her own bakery, Aishacakes (www.aishacakes.com). Cooks is also a part-time Culinary and Pastry Instructor for Robert Morris College.
