
Anne Heap Pink Cake Box |
Anne Heap has had a love for baking that was first inspired by her mother.
After graduating from Boston College, she studied Pastry Arts at the French
Culinary Institute in New York City. She completed an apprenticeship with
Ron Ben-Israel Cakes in New York City and then became the head pastry chef
at Il Capriccio in Whippany, NJ. In 2005, she officially founded Pink Cake
Box, working out of a restaurant kitchen. Less than two years later, her
success has led to the opening of her very own specialty cake boutique
in Denville, NJ. |
