Born in Havana, Cuba, Edda and her family exiled to Miami in 1960. A year later, her family moved to Atlanta, Georgia. She started out of her family kitchen, designing cakes with originality and style. Edda is now the founder and President of Edda’s Cake Designs, South Florida’s premier specialty cake design store, which has become a household name. The most recent step for Edda was the grand opening of her fourth store in the Pembroke Pines area. |
