Maria Palavecino

Maria Palavecino was born in Santiago, Chile and grew
up in Gaithersburg, Maryland where she began her studies of Culinary
Arts at Johnson & Wales
University in Norfolk, VA. She moved to Miami campus and focused on cake
decorating by taking classes at the Notter School of Pastry Arts in Orlando,
FL with Colette Peters as the instructor. CakeAbilities, Inc was developed
in October 2006 and has been featured in People Magazine for Best Cake
Design for the entire state of Florida July 2007. There will be a shop
opening up February/March of 2008 in Ft Lauderdale, FL. |
