| Michel Chiche has spent over 25 years as a chef. He studied the art of pastry in Nice, France and went on to work in top restaurants and hotels across the US, including: the Los Angeles Hilton And Towers, Bevery Hills Hotel, Hotel La Samanna in Saint Martin, the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables, Loews in Miami Beach and currently works as the executive pastry chef at the Doral Golf Resort. | |
