Morris Harrar

Tisserie

Chef Morris Harrar came to New York from Caracas to open an extension of his highly successful and acclaimed family-run bakery, St. Honoré. He had originally graduated with a Business Management degree from Boston University, but instead decided pursue his passion for baking. For two years, Morris continued his education in Paris at L’Ecole Superiore de Cuisine Francaise. While mastering the art of haute cuisine and pastry making, Morris apprenticed with some of the most prestigious Parisian bakeries. Morris, along with his brother Ronald, had the idea to create Tisserie, offering world class pastries alongside an assortment of unique lunch items, and the finest ground coffee in New York City.
